Same way you did it in your old school.

Basically you're asking for the whole game to be explained to you in a thread. Do some research and read/watch videos.

This whole subreddit was made to answer the question you just asked. How about you look through it and read some articles. There's confidence, lines, conversation topics, how to communicate, how to read their body language, hours and hours of material to look through. Put in some effort rather than expecting a comment to give you the game.

I would start by being open and friendly with everyone you meet. That's guys, girls, teachers...everyone. Getting comfortable with social interaction will make a big difference when you do start looking for girls.
