Key things for you that I can see right off the bat, with a grain a salt since i'm not a pro.

Tighten up that haircut, You need a better barber or stylist you have a lot of potential in this area.
Shave the beard or grow it out, go for that clean look, you have too much scruff on your cheeks/face
Hit the gym
You need a better wardrobe selection/better fitting clothes

I Can see you really tearing it up at clubs man. You have that exotic Indian look going for you so you already stand out. I have a baby face too and i'm 5'9'' being 5'5'' I see where you are coming from but I see these dudes in with girls all the time (Yesterday actually). The fact is you can't change the physique you were born with, only sharpen key areas I.E your muscles.

But yea hit the gym and get that gut down to a 6 pack if you can. If you cannot, get that gut down in general. Other than that you are mostly ahead of the game compared to other dudes regardless of height. Don't expect results right away but Get on it!!

Sure a tad wee bit chubby, but that's nothing work at the gym can't take care of.

You're way too hard on yourself. Give yourself a break, and invest that energy working out instead. It'll be a great start.

BTW, the friendzone has a LOT more to do with your demeanor than your face. Your face is irrelevant in that specific equation.

I'll reiterate what the others have said. You don't look that bad. When we judge our own faces, we're harsh, we compare ourselves to good looking people and it's depressing. But the reality is, when you look at somebody else's face, you don't critique it, you just instinctively get a feeling. And if the other person isn't hideously ugly such that it disturbs you, you think, "Ehhh, they look fine." You look fine.

Yeah it'd be nice if you were a male model and women wanted to make out with you just by seeing your face, but 99% of men just aren't that lucky. Make yourself over, get a nice haircut, do whatever it takes. Women are experts at this crap, because they will do anything it takes to game their looks, and there's a billion dollar industry supporting them. So look for help there, because there's a solution to help with damn near anything.

Hit the gym, work out an hour a day or more, 3-5 times a week. Make sure you're getting enough protein to build muscle.

You're worried about your height, wear lifts. You'll look 5'8" and half of the female population will be a noticeable several inches shorter than you. Also, my Dad's like 5'3", my mom's 5'7". It didn't ruin his life, probably because he has a near pathological level of self-certainty which he wears on his sleeve. Confidence is impressive.

If you feel depressed or in despair see a psychologist and get meds. Also they probably know ways to help build your self-confidence, but also read around online/in books for ways to build self-confidence.

And never forget, women are mercurial creatures when it comes to attraction. There is no one type of attractive man to all women, it's a myth that you can be some kind of alpha male super-specimen that hits all the right buttons for every single girl. The sensitive girls, introverted types, the very caring types, they like cute WAAAAAY more than they like sexy. They'll take a non-threatening artist type to bed 10 times out of 10 over some muscular beach bro. There is a hot girl out there for every guy willing to be confident, take the time to look his best, and act mature.
