We got to know each other a bit, flirted here and there and just had an overall chill conversation.

How do I escalate though? I don't want to say I think you're really pretty and compliment her with this and that, and say we should go on a date, because that is needy and neediness is unattractive

I know she's interested just as I am but I don't know the proper way to escalate.
