It's simple. You're putting them on a pedestal. Stop thinking of them as sex machines and start thinking of them as normal people, which is what they are. They eat, poo and snore like everyone else no matter how hot they are.

Joke with them like you joke with your friends. Tease them, mock them, laugh with them, tell them they are silly. Stop trying to impress them.

Meet more girls than one at the same time, so you are not putting all of your hopes on one.
Have satisfying life and lots of fun outside your dating game, so you are not in a takers mindset. You are the one that gives fun, because you have a lot of it. You don't need girls to respond well to you, because you are fulfilled by your lifestyle.
Be hyped about your actions, not girls reactions.
Make sure you are warmed up before talking to girls. You will be far more relaxed if you jump from talking with friends to talking with a girl, than if you jump from playing games on the phone to talking to a girl. Sports/dancing work well too. You are going to speak to a girl differently if you just had a dance class 1h before.

Also i suggest to you to drink one or two cocktails or glasses of beer/wine, this could help you to take the situation more easy. But not too much alcohol !!

Personally, letting loose and showing your personality is something I look for. A lot of women really like it when a guy isn’t afraid to nerd out, joke around, share his passions, or whatever the case may be.

I remember reading a thread where a guy asked if he should be open about whether or not he’s a gamer, for example. My answer is hell yes. Wouldn’t you want someone to be into YOU, not the version you feel you need to be?

Trust that girls will like you for you. :)
