Studying bodylanguage can be good to increase your social awareness, since most communication between two people is non-verbal, knowing how to read bodylanguage is a must.

But beyond actively policing for bad habits, I don't think you should put too much thought into your body language. There's too much body language for you to consciously control.

If you want to be charismatic you need to get out of your head and become present, and actively pay attention to what is happening right in front of you (talk). The more time you spend up in your head thinking about social interaction, the worse you become at it. Its not an intellectual problem.

Great video. I mean, this comes natural to someone who is confident doesn't it? So working on becoming present is a big part of this? Meditating? Quieting the monkey chatter in our brains?

I mean, natural body language does happen naturally right?
