I used to have an okcupid profile back in 2015/2016. I used to get one reply out of 60-70 messages. I got a few numbers and had a few dates. Met my gf on there.

I have been back on okcupid in the last two months. I have messaged around 400+ girls on there. Around three or four have replied. I got two numbers and was planning to meet them. Both of them flaked.

I am 30 years old and have brown skin. I weigh around 90kgs. I am using the same profile like last time with some new pics.

I have messaged every girl of every ethnicity within 22-45 years of age. Sometimes people give advice "Lower your standards bro". I didnt even keep any standards. Messaged everyone who was near my city. There were even a few girls who were handicapped but even they ignored my messages. I have tried pickup lines and also tried reading their profiles and asking them specific questions.

Does everyone else get the same response or am I too ugly ? Why did it get so worse in the last five years? Or has everyone gone more competitive?
