Hi, everybody.

I've been following this subreddit for quite some time. I'm currently in a happy two year relationship with a woman who I love, but I'm not sure the relationship will last in the future due to career pathways. I'm at a standstill because I live with her and I have to decide where I want to live in the future very soon. I haven't been in many relationships before this, but I'm very fit with a good physique, good looks (or so I've been told), and decent social skills that have room for improvement. I also have a competitive job at the University. Part of me wants to stay with this woman for some time, because we have a good amount of mutual friends and we work well together; another part of me wants to get out there and meet new people, start new relationships etc.

I'm not asking for advice on what I should do, per se, but more for information and advice on how to lead myself to a well-rounded decision.

TL;DR Don't know if I want to stay in relationship, or end it and go my own way to meet new people

Would you please help? Because I don't really know who else to go to about this.
