I've realized that I need to somehow game her into coming out with us....

A few things here.

She's said NO a few times already. Game is not so much about turning a no into a yes. If she's not interested, you're not going to "game" her into being interested. Period.
Oneitis. You seem to have it. Unless you're pursuing other girls besides this one girl who seems to be showing a dazzling amount of disinterest in you.
On the subject of "signs of interest," I'm not sure how you're defining said interest, but I think you are almost certainly misdiagnosing those signs. Because if you were right, then she'd jump at the chance to hang out with you, even if other people were around. You wouldn't be talking about how to trick her into hanging out with her. When it's really on, you don't have to drag or trick the girl into being with you. She'll close herself.
If you want to hang out with her, just ask her to hang out one on one sometime. Asking her if she wants to hang out with a group is too weak of an approach. She could easily be missing that you are interested at all. She SHOULD know that you are interested, if you want to pursue her. Seduction is not tricking a girl into being in bed with you before she realizes what has happened or without her realizing that you were even interested. Seduction is more about approaching things in such a way that the girl will walk herself to your bed, sometimes pulling you with her.

Of course in a perfect world, you would ask her directly. But it's not a perfect world, and If you aren't up to directly asking her out, there's no shame in it. Rome wasn't built in a day. And if you have approach anxiety which prevents you from asking her, well, most of us have had such difficulties at some point in our lives, if we're all honest here. But if you can't be direct about it, let. her. go. And work on yourself awhile. Browse Seddit some more and look for material on overcoming approach anxiety or building up confidence.

EDIT: To clarify that I'm not advocating to back off from asking directly. Quite the opposite. I just want to provide some advice in the event that OP finds himself unable to directly ask, even though that IS the best option.

Directly invite her to the movies tonight. "A bunch of us are going to see ____________. Do you want to go with me?" Or ask her to meet you 1:1 before you hook up with the group. Get a grip.
