you need to get your shit together. Its not a better alternative to be "not that sensual". I would personally rank that amongst the lowest on the scale. There are devices you can wear that will prevent people from being able to reach you..or you can just work with a therapist or talk to someone to get over the past experiences that are making hugs so uncomfortable for you. Whichever you feel is better for you in the long run. I'd be happy to hear about those experiences if you want to PM me and have someone to talk to.
