So when she comes around flirting, if it is just a job, go with it if you feel like it.

She sounds like a girl-bro who just wants to have fun and probably acts this way with whatever male she's best attuned to in any given situation.

The nut-tap thing can mean anything, so don't obsess over it.

Still, she likes to have fun. Go out a few times as a work group and have fun with her. Maybe you'll click, and can pursue something later. Or maybe she'll play nice with other girls and be social proof or a light wingman.

Women are nearly as shitty at communicating as men. She's doing the equivalent of pulling your hair and running away because she wants attention.

Don't read too much into the location thing. It's more likely to be an overhang from childhood that boys really don't like being hit there and she's not made much progress in expressing herself since then. If that's the case, she might well do something similar again, so be ready with a "Don't do that! I need those!", to which you can almost guarantee a reply along the lines of "Yeah? What for?" and that gives you a world of opportunities.

Just note, the immaturity of her actions is a red flag, especially if you don't see her that often and shouldn't really have the kind of relationship that supports her teasing and familiarity. She may be crazy.
