One word: Don't.

Girls at a club are going to be spending a good bit of their energy deflecting unwanted men testing out the latest trash pickup line they read on the back of the toilet door. If you are collecting glasses you have a clear reason to be entering their space, asking them how their night is, flirting a bit and slipping away like it ain't no thing and you aren't invested in the outcome. Every other guy in the bar WISHES he had a rack of glasses like yours to start conversations. You've already passed the hard part. No need to change the approach, practice the conversion.

Don't bother with number closes. It is unprofessional. Accepting a kiss on the cheek in lieu of tips, totally professional.

I worked as a busboy in a busy restaurant while in high school and the older (18-21) waitresses usually couldn't sleep after a busy shift and wanted to go out. Make friends with them and hang out after work.
