18M working a full-time office job downtown for the summer. At the end of today I cold approached a chick while walking on my way to transit and got her number.

I've heard varying opinions on when you should look to text a girl after getting her number. Some say pretty soon so as to strike while the iron is hot, but I've heard others say to wait like 4-6 days to make it seem like you have abundance/busy life. I'm not free to hang out until Monday at the earliest, when should I text her?

The more pressing concern is that I'm kinda fucked for logistics. We met downtown, but I have no idea if she was just there randomly or if she's in the area often. If she's in the downtown area, I'd have to set something up for right after work because downtown's 45 minutes away from where I live. If we hangout downtown, I imagine we could just grab ice cream and walk around the area. I'm sure I could find a place with decent enough isolation to escalate, but I have no logistics to fuck should the date go well.

On the contrary, it's possible she lives close to my area and we could do something locally. Again, my problem is that I have no idea where I'd fuck if I get to that point.(Parents at home, no car)
