Today I went to a basketball game at my university. I noticed a very attractive female there that I have had a crush on the entire time I have gone to the school. And my buddy I was with told me the only reason I'm so attracted to her is because she is "un-attainable" and it got me thinking....

I believe in my own abilities to attract beautiful woman I don't see that as a huge problem in my life. But what my friend said about me only being attracted to what I viewed as un-attainable made me wonder if there is others out there that might have the same thing going on? I mean, is this a natural thought process? Just wanting what I can't have? I mean I will have a beautiful girl by my side who maybe was "un-attainable" at some point and as soon as I get to know her I get bored. Is this some kind of seduction trap I have fallen into?

I guess the main reason for this post is to propose this idea and see what others have to say about it and see what kind of solutions people of the community here have in regard to dealing with it, if it is an issue at all.

Thanks for any input!
