I feel the struggle man, it is real. Girls won't even bat an eye at you if you're under 21. Why? Because they are at their prime and are looking for only the best guys (older guys/athletic jocks). Dont worry though. It only gets better for us guys.

20 year old here, (since January). Treating em like options see as there are a bunch of em running around.

Instead of trying to sell yourself directly to them try to elude them to their imaginations. for example..yeah im a blah blah at blah blah...i do blah. try " me? oh i work in logistics, after our last convention our entire deparment had a pay grade increase"

No details but, still comes across as high value. Then chill...they'll put out.

(my brother is 18 banging some 25 year old on the regular, I'm 20 and my last escapades have been 23-25)

It's not really all that different. The same general rules apply (i.e. be funny and confident). You can just do more things when you're over 21.
