It’s common to suffer from analysis paralysis, where you overthink something to the point that it prevents all forward motion. If you never act and pull the trigger, you will never get any results. Many opportunities are time sensitive, and a failure to act is a default loss.

When you are trying to initially learn how to do something, it’s often better to innovate and try new things quickly, learn from failures and then apply the new knowledge to improve.

This is especially true when it comes to improving one’s social skills. The more interactions with people you have, the faster you can learn and improve.

The willingness to take action and repeatedly go for what you want far outweighs other factors such as intellect and natural skill. Since without taking any action, nothing will ever occur.
