You will need to manage their expectations about how much they will be seeing you. I've found that seeing a girl every other week is about the most you can stretch it and still maintain a sexual relationship. If it's less often than that they will start to look for someone else.

Texting and phone conversations help maintain a connection with out actually taking that much of your time.
