How does one "lead" the interaction?

Women expect you to lead interactions.

You approach her
You get her number
You ask her on a date
You choose where to go for a date
At a restaurant? You choose where to sit
Changing venue? You make the decision
Got her back at your place? You initiate kissing, you initiate sex

Be confident and assertive, and make decisions/lead without hesitation. Don't ask for permission.

Obviously use your common sense when applying this.

Bad:

Guy: What do you want to eat tonight?
Girl: I don't know.
Guy: How about Chinese food?
Girl: Nah, not in the mood.
Guy: Okay, what about sushi?
Girl: Ate sushi last night, I want to try something else.
Guy: What about Mexican?
Girl: It gives me stomach problems...

And so on, ad infinitum.

Good:

Guy: Let's get sushi tonight.

It's hard for me to say what "leading the interaction" means since it's such a generalized concept that means different things depending on the situation. The idea is, do what you want to do (without being a sociopath).
