A lot of people have misconceptions about forums, like that they're full of whiny WBAFCs and scumbags, but I've found them to be the single best resource I've encountered.

mASF has been the rock of my church since forever. It has a great section for beginners, and one of the best communities of skilled people I've ever encountered.

I can also give The Attraction Forums a thumbs up as well.

A less enthusiastic head nod to Tyler Durdern's RSD Nation.

Steve Pavlina's forum is the place to be for self improvement in general. Stuff on health, nutrition, discipline, jobs, and everything else under the sun. Fun bonus: Pavlina's in a polyamorous relationship with a wife and a girlfriend.

What are your thoughts on these? And what else you got?
