I guess it depends on where you drive your taxi. If your main customer base is people coming/going to bars, then striking up a conversation should be easy. On the other hand I would imagine it could be much more difficult if your somewhere like NY (I imagine the customer base would be 'buisness folk'). In either case you just need to strike up a 'casual' conversation with them.

You dont want them to think your flirting, but that you simply like talking to everyone (which you should be doing if your not already). Make it a habit to (try) talking to everyone who gets in your taxi (I say try because sometimes customers just don't want to talk, trust me.) Conversation topics should be easy to come by. You can talk to them about their destination (Example: Their going to some bar/restaurant you can ask them how the food/crowd is at bar X, then use that to start talking about place Y, then lead into some DHV about place Z, etc..)

The problem with trying to game girls when your at work is there are a number of limiting factors that will reduce your success rate. The main problem is simply the fact that your working. Many girls love to flirt with people at work, as they learn from a young age that this can get them freebies and discounts they don't deserve. This is good, because it helps you practice your game, but at the same time girls usually wont give you a number or second date simply because your at work and they have some stigma about hooking up with that guy behind the counter (or in your case, the driver seat). The other major limiting factor is the difficulty (impossibility) of using any proper form of kino. Kino and eye contact are huge players in the beginning of any interaction, and without them it becomes a lot harder to up her 'buying temperature'. That being said its not impossible, just much harder, so don't get discouraged. Once you get used to talking/gaming people at work it becomes much easier/natural to do it in other parts of your life (when your not working).
