Something similar happened to me. It's really hard to rewire tho.

You would need to start fapping (aka receiving pleasure) while fantasizing about women so your receptors rewire themselves. It's a really slow process tho.

If you really get no pleasure by fapping while fantasizing about women (it could be really possible after years of fapping to porn's extreme categories) start by fapping to porn with women and from there make sure you scale down categories progressively. From extremes to non (From hardcore to vanilla). Once you get pleasure by fapping on "light" categories cut out the porn totally and start fapping by fantasizing.
