In my opinion, you're focusing too hard on the acronyms. At this point you are at the very beginning of your "studies" on how to become more seductive, so don't expect anything really. Don't think you "blew" anything just because you didn't get laid yet.

You come across as very hectic and hyper. Slow down a bit and do this one little step at a time instead of all at once. You talked to some people you found interesting. That's good. Every time you overcome your shyness in starting a conversation, doing that gets a little bit easier.

Build attraction by being an awesome person. What could you do right now to make your life more awesome? Maybe you could improve your grooming, your clothes or your body (by picking up a sport)? Maybe you could awesomify your way of life with a new hobby? Are you having fun at your job? If not, try working on that. Are you having fun while going out? If not, find out why and change that before trying to attract others. You'll be a lot sexier if you are having fun, trust me.

To keep up the guitar analogy: If you're just learning the chords, you're pushing in the wrong direction. You should also start practicing songs, even if they're not that complicated, or if they don't sound that smooth at the beginning. The more you actually play, the more routine the low-level stuff like chords get and the more you can concentrate on sounding well, improvising, and so on.

Back to seduction: Don't try to do everything by the book. The book doesn't exist, we have hundreds of books and most of them disagree on a lot of things. Pick the things that apply to how you feel out of the books and practice, practice, practice. If you have specific questions, ask here or somewhere else, but most of the time you don't have to be super smooth to have a cool conversation, meet interesting people or even get those interesting people into your bed.

Try lots of stuff out and learn from your mistakes.
