It's what we call the emotional rollercoaster, as you said, basically push/pull.

The shogun method is very effective at teaching you how to hook girls into conversations. Its horrible at escalating or sexualizing the conversation though, its a incomplete method.

You guys criticizing the shogun method. Have no idea how wrong you are. The people trying to apply the shogun method to pua are way off base. It is a very complete system. Derek rake is giving away a master class in hypnosis dirt cheap. But you have these super awesome "alpha males" calling people that use a different method than dressing up like a clown and stalking clubs "beta males" which some people would call beta behavior. Because a true alpha wouldn't need to put down someone else to show how awesome they are
