Was out on the town last night, and there was something of an older crowd at this bar. I'm 24 and the average age was probably late 30s.

It's cool, tho, because I just decide that I'm going to have a good time. I start out just opening the guys in the bar, and I meet a group of other Latinos. I start chatting them up in Spanish and English about the World Cup and other topics. I manage to include this two-set of women in their early 40s, and I start flirting with them. I was pretty surprised, because the 40 y/o women started qualifying themselves to me pretty quickly. They were really into it, and these women were my mother's age.

I'm mostly using them for social proof, so I'm running DHV stories, teasing the fuck out of the 40y/o women, and just being generally chatty. They're loving the attention, and I'm enjoying seeing my game work on women that could easily be friends with my mom.

This is when I notice a two-set (HB8 and HB7) giving me some proximity. I include them in the conversation, but I immediately begin to DQ them. I give them shit about where they're from, saying you London girls are trouble, we cant be friends, etc. I run a DHV story about how some girl from London sharked me out of $50 bucks on a pool game in Europe. Keep stacking DHVs and some routines.

So target AND obstacle are throwing me serious IOIs, and I'm gently negging (more teasing and cocky/funny than strait-out negging) both of them. Unfortunately, tho, I negged obstacle a little too hard and proceeded to ignore her–I pulled the "don't touch me" line when she initiated kino, and I was just generally too much of an asshole/not playful enough about it, and I could tell she got hurt.

So obstacle, at this point, peels off, and goes to hang out at the bar by herself. I keep running game on HB8–push-pull, DHV, making herself qualify to me–and I peel off and flirt with other people when she talks to other guys. Most of the guys there were quite a bit older, and had NO fucking game. It was ridiculously easy for me to open sets and flirt like crazy with everyone in that bar, and I was definitely hooking sets and getting IOIs. But I had my target picked out for the night, and most of them were too old for my tastes.

After I roll back on, target asks me to buy her a drink, and I pull the "you buy, I buy" line. She goes for it. Goes to the bar to buy a drink. Some skeezy 40y/o dude tries to move in on her, she starts talking to him, and I just leave the two of them at the bar. Target then goes to check on her friend, and skeezy 40y/o follows. Obstacle is still pretty down at this point (I feel fucking awful about doing that to her), skeez picks up on it, and locks onto her. I think skeez had some basic PU knowledge, because I overheard him talking shit about me and my game. He even tried amogging me to my target, but I think I'd built up so much social proof by that point, he just ended up looking like a jealous asshole or something. Target was still into me. But obstacle was so down, she was giving IOIs to skeez and I think he even managed to number close her. Target ditches skeez, and brings me my drink while I'm working another set.

Meanwhile, it's last call and target starts telling me how she's on vacation, blah blah. I invite her back to my wing's place (we'd gotten separated at the beginning of the night) for more drinks and some beer-pong and she goes for it. All the while kino is getting more and more intense. She's throwing serious IOIs and I know that I'm gonna fuck this girl tonight. She's on vaca, she's DTF, I just have to keep playing my cards right.

Target goes to talk to obstacle, and skeez is still locked-on. He must've been talking some serious shit about me and my game, and my neg and neglect of obstacle weren't helping. Obstacle says no to coming back with us. Skeez starts running direct game on obstacle, trying to get her to take him back to her hotel room. He gets shot down.

FUCK! All it takes is ONE dumbass mistake. Just fucking ONE. I should have given obstacle a lot more attention, teasing target with her. My game on target was fucking AWESOME. I just have to remember to game the whole set–women do shit by committee. AND that you're never seducing just one person; you're seducing everyone in the fucking room.
