Two weeks ago I was at a party and I K-closed with this girl for a few minutes before I had to go.

I've only got her facebook and I would appreciate your opinion on how to best approach my situation. During the party I noticed too many IOI's to count but now two weeks have passed and I've got time to spare I've hit this problem of getting her to meet me without seeming creepy.
