You could just trying going to places that are more low key, it is definitely easier to meet people in bars compared to clubs.

Most clubs have an area that is quieter, like an outside bar or patio, etc. Just say "come outside with me" after you've established a teeny bit of attraction. Tell her you want to talk to her but it's too loud.

This is one of the reasons I avoid really noisy clubs; I like talking to people, and it's hard to do that at most big clubs. I go to chill bars where you can comfortably talk pretty much anywhere.
