Next time you see her touch back on that RvsB hoodie if she isn't wearing it again. Then tell her you know she's working and you want to know what time she gets off so you can ask her out.

You could also hand her a card saying the same thing, that way you don't put her on the spot with her co-workers standing by.

Hit this sub-reddit while in random. While the advice the others are giving you is great and all very typical, I have some for you also.

Relax. You are probably a pretty cool guy. Play it cool and be yourself. This may be an assumption on my part, but I get the feeling you have a hard time talking to women? Women are no different in a lot of cases. They get nervous also. They are afraid of rejection, being hurt or lied to. From my experience, all you need to be is honest. Do not misrepresent yourself. So this is what you do.

Get cleaned up and smelling nice and you go back to the BK at the same time next week assuming her shift is normalized. Go in and get some food. If she is at the drive up window and unable to talk, don't interrupt and possibly embarrass her at her work-place but DO try and make eye contact with her and give her a quick wave and a BIG smile (women like being smiled at). If you can't make eye contact with her and flash that cheesy grin don't worry. You finish up your meal, make sure there isn't anything stuck in your teeth and make a swing through the drive thru for a milkshake or something. This is when you pull the charm and exclaim to her your love...that you haven't washed your hand since that beautiful high-five last week and that you would like to take her on a date. And before she can answer you inform her of your love of double whoppers and if she says no to the date you will never be able to look at a Burger King establishment without dying a little bit more inside.....okay I was kidding about all that. Seriously though just ask her if she would like to hang out sometime. Pretty simple. If she says yes get her phone number and CALL her that night, no texts.

If you have balls and no ego you can go the route I laid out for you about not washing your hands and losing your taste for flame broiled beef patties. Women like a confident, funny man. Only go for this if you can pull it off, you know if you can.
