Remember the old trick where the guy stops a girl and asks her if she accidentally dropped her napkin? Yes, that one old trick in the book!

I was taking a bus ride back home with a few guys I met at a seminar last night. The bus had two person seats on each side, and the guys were on the left while I was on the right sitting behind a cute HB7. It's raining and I am gazing outside the window when I hear one of the guy say, "He miss, you dropped this!" and hands over a sticky flier for a FM station. The girls giggles and takes it. I think to myself "that was a silly old trick, but it still kinda worked". The guy then goes on, "you should be careful about your stuff.You shouldn't go around littering public transportation". They get a good laugh out of it and the girl actually likes the attention of a few people on the bus including me laughing right behind her.

Later, when the guy is leaving he says, "Hey, don't forget to take that and gives a confident smile". I honestly was mildly impressed with what he did. To get some taste of it, I ask the girl if it was really hers although I knew it was just a trick lol. On my stop, I point at the flier and say the same, "Do not forget that, sweetheart!" and she laughs out really loud. I give a confident smile as well and walk out feeling good. So the next time either him or I see her, we have a nice inside joke to strike a convo ;).

This happened right after a previous FR I posted last night.
