Just set the terms.

I'll be at your house at 8 be dressed and ready. The person asking the questions isn't usually the person in charge.

Ignore all the messages she'll send you about her not being able to, not being ready, she won't be there exactly at 8. Don't even send a response.

In the end she'll send a message and say she's ready and waiting. You need to send a message that you're not going to be the guy taking her out to dinner and messaging her while some other guys fucks her.
