I asked some girl to step outside at a party, we went out onto a balconey, we were the only ones there. It was cold though.

Talked a little bit (we had a few conversations over the course of the night already). She was sober, I was drunk. Was I supposed to do something? Like touch her? Compliment her on her looks?

I am literally clueless when it comes to these sorts of things. We ended up going inside because it was too cold, then I got her number (but could tell she wasn't interested), texting her saying it was nice meeting her after I left, and walked home alone. She never responded.
