I'm relatively new to the PUA community and I havent' been working as hard as I could mainly because I decided to concentrate on my health and wealth before I really make the jump into the seduction phase of my plan.

However, that doesn't mean I haven't been learning. I've read a number of posts, articles, books and a scientific study or two that say masturbation has a negative impact on one's game and social interaction.

Ever since I was 14, I've been masturbating prior to any big social function. My logic was centered around the Steak Dinner argument. Someone who has been starving for a few days will see a person eating a steak dinner and that's all they can think about while someone who has just eaten a big meal will not even notice the steak dinner.

So far this has served me well although now I'm looking for a change due to willpower issues. What is seddit's opinion on this?

TL;DR To masturbate or not to masturbate... that is the question.
