First off I wanted to say that I have always been EXTREMELY shy around girls and I am trying my best to change that. Right now I am good at talking to girls(actually a big step from where I was a couple years ago). However I still have my awkward moments. Especially with flirting. I am muscular so girls usually touch me(if built comfort obv) and I am TERRIBLE at Kino for the most part.

Alright I'll try to give the best details I can and include some awkward moments. It starts with my friend picking me up and waiting at the girls house for her and her friend. Anyways they get in the car and I introduce myself as soon as they get in the car. Afterwards me and my friend start teasing them about how long they were taking. The conversation between me and them got really dry when we were in the car. I talked a lot to my friend while they were just being really quiet the ride there.

We then walk to a spot to smoke quickly. When we were walking they were a little ahead of us and me and my friend were in the back talking. I felt this was awkward because we weren't all walking in a big group. When we started walking together I asked them how they knew each other(good icebreaker?). They started talking and saying how they just had a slumber party. I then said 'why wasn't I invited' in a playful way. She said that she would if she had my number. (Awkward spot here for me). I wasn't sure if she was just joking or what not. Anyways I say in a awkward way well we better change that or something along the lines. She either didn't here it or ignored it. I kind of cowered and didn't say anything.

Afterwards we arrive at a place to smoke. THE GIRLS WERE SO QUIET. Me and my friend kept on talking to each other any they talked a little but me and my friend were mostly just talking to each other.

After we finish smoking then we arrive at BK to get a quick bite. When we wait in line one of the girls starts to flirt with me. This is usually when I freeze up. When we were waiting to eat she poked me in my abs and I really didn't do anything. As I said before I am awkward most of the time regarding to Kino. What should I have done after she poked me? Anyways we start talking when the girl mentions how I look like someone they know. I mean I guess thats a good sign?

Anyways this is where it got awkward. When my friend went to the bathroom I was alone with the two girls. They were both pretty quiet and talking amongst themselves and I had no idea what to say. They were on the other side of the car and I wasn't sure if I should walk on the others side or not. I just froze and pretended to text. They were quieter then me, and I am terrible at starting random conversations.

We then go to a place to play soccer with them(Me and my friend really didn't know what else to do). We kicked the ball around a little and then they left. The real quiet one said it was good time etc and they left. Afterwards I felt it was a good improvement from not talking at all, but nowhere near where I want my game to be.

Please critique away. I guess my main questions would be:

  1. What to do in awkward silences?

  2. When we are waiting for someone what should I say if I am with the 2 girls or one of them?

  3. If the girl starts touching my arm or poking my abs... what do I do to flirt back??
