with takeaways. At a high point in the interaction, just get up and leave to go to he bar/outside/anywhere away from her. You don't even have to say anything. Do this only after enough attraction has been built up.

Alternatively, you can say something like "you're such a dork. We'll never get along" and turn your back on her.
