I am 17 and going to be a senior in the upcoming school year. Me and my girlfriend of nearly five years just broke up recently. She is the only girl I have ever known. Through all of my high school years, I have been with this girl. But we aren't together anymore, so it looks like I'm back on the prowl. The point I'm trying to make is, while I know how to have a girlfriend and be a very good boyfriend, I have no idea how to actually meet girls. I'm a pretty attractive, smart guy, and have a lot of guy friends. But I don't have many friends who are girls, as I didn't have much use for them, because I was dating someone.

So Seddit, I'm asking you, how can I make myself more confident and talk to girls to where they want me?
