Seddit, about 2 weeks ago I met this girl who gave me her number. She was pretty into me, but I didn't call her for whatever reason (little busy, but mostly I chickened out).

By Not Calling She Saw Me Rejecting Her

I Think she took my not calling her as a rejection, and when I saw her, she essentially gave me the cold shoulder. I had to work from the ground up, and I started talking to her, and she warmed up a bit then. I started escalating with her, and then she opened up again, wanting to hang out, etc.

Sometimes I Hate Morals

I saw her the following Friday, and she was pretty drunk, but texted me so she could meet up. She started making out with me, and sort of indicated that we leave...

The problem? She was completely hammered... not buzzed, but hammered. Unfortunately, as staying sober, I can't make a move on this. (This alone cockblocks me more than anything). We eventually part ways, but make plans for the week.

Run into her at bar

We sort of planned to meet at the bar, and we were immediately flirty with each other. One thing I like about her is that she's forward, and will often escalate with me without me making much effort (she'll grab my hands, put them on her legs, etc).

Anyways, we kissed for a bit after having some fun talking together, and I found that when I wasn't searching for what to say, it was much more natural. She seemed really nervous when kissing (nervous laugh, felt her shake a bit), but she's the one who really seems to be trying to initiate it as long as I go the first 3/4s.

Moral Of The Story

Even if you mess up with a girl, it doesn't mean all is over. Sure, sometimes it's easier to just move on, but sometimes with a little effort you can regain attraction.
