What are some ways to alleviate "interview questions?"

Use probing, direct statements. Don't ask questions like "are you adventurous?" Use leading statements like "I bet you're the adventurous type."

Go ahead and ask the questions, but after you ask the first one, say whatever stupid shit comes to mind next, even if it's another question. Stop feeling like a single one of your thoughts is too stupid to voice and you'll start flowing.

Tell DHV stories
Do some cold reads. "I don't think we'd work out, you got this player vibe about you"
Tease her
Roleplay. "Hey guys, meet my future ex-girlfriend"
LISTEN to what she says, and look for buzzwords

Me: "So what's the occasion tonight?" Her: "Oh I'm celebrating my friends bachelorette party"

The buzzword here is bachelorette party so you can do a few things with it

tell a crazy bachelor party
tease her that she's the "mother" of the group and will cockblock everyone
Set up a roleplay. "So where are you going to have your bachelorette party at when we get married?" Now you setup a roleplay that you two are going to get married one day.

The ebook, Double your Dating by David DeAngelo has an entire section on this. IIRC, he says to wittily tease her and say that it is not an interview, and try to talk about controversial and entertaining topics that you're interested in. When you're having fun, she'll have fun.
