A friend recently loaned his copy of The Game and directed me to here. I'll be honest I'm definitely intrigued. I'm looking for advice on my particular situation. I'm a fairly regular guy who just happens to not be able to move his legs due to a car accident. I have all the normal urges associated with being a red-blooded male and can have sex, just can't walk.

I don't think I'm particularly bad looking outside of the whole wheelchair thing. I'm university student who is fairly outgoing and am unafraid of talking to new people, but I struggle on how to move forward. A solid portion of people I meet I can tell by body language are somewhat put-off by myself and only gradually warm up to me. I've been told by a few close friends that when they first met me that they were initially uncomfortable and it took a few good conversations with me before they stopped noticing it. I guess I'm a bit self-conscious about that and am searching for advice and tips on how to overcome their (and my) prejudices. I'd like to think I'm a funny guy who is a good conversationalist so this is particularly frustrating.
