I found this video on youtube after somebody posted an RSD video earlier. Tyler talks about forums, and other shit like like dressing well. I've been watching some of the videos from that user (rsdfreetour- basically the guys from RSD) and they've all been good. They're also all from 2011 (from what I've seen) and Tyler's lost a lot of weight.
