TXT or Call to set up a day two, which is best?

If you can call, call.

In my head, I used to think phoning wasn't so cool because it would 'put them on the spot'. It probably does, but bear in mind how much easier it is to be attractive through your voice than just words, so that they'll also actually want to agree provided you don't make a hash of it.

I think Txting is probably the surest bet(but possibly too safe)

Afraid not... if she's unsure she want to go on it, with more time to think they have much more freedom to both convince themselves to chicken out, and to come up with excuses. Conversely, if they say no on the phone, you can gauge interest in another day, or bait them into suggesting it. Also, texting increases flakiness because it just doesn't seem as 'real' as the phone.

Would she give a shit if Brad Pitt phoned if she was at work or her family was over? Probably not.

Also, I've been pretty inconsistent with messages by sending some that either offend the girl or make her laugh her ass off.

Don't apologise. Laugh it off. Your response is more important than what you say. If you get apologetic and shit, you're not coming across very cool at all. Fun guys don't make a big deal of any of that nonsense. I mean, does she not have a sense of humour? You didn't you call her a fat slut or something?

I'm curious, have you guys had better success with one or the other?

If it would seem properly weird to call her, then don't. Usually that's the case if you've literally never phoned her before. In the future, you should probably aim to phone her randomly a few times without any ulterior day two/whatever motive just to get her comfortable with you phoning without it being high pressure. This stops the risk that they just won't pick up because they're nervous (it seriously does happen). Usually I do this when I'm out, it's high energy, and could reasonably expect the girl to be be somewhere nearby. Seems totally naturally and will stop phone calls being a big deal.

I think there's always 2 different schools of thought. Some say calling is so much better, others say that texting can be great too. Experiment with both.

I think texting is a lot safer (and more fun), but that's just me.
