I went through this phase, I was overly non-reactive / uninterested.

You can be completely interested, but you just can't be placing importance or your self-worth into it. You can give someone your 100% focus and be very enthusiastic in a conversation while making it clear you don't care if it goes well or not really invested in it.

When you can have insanely deep conversations with a hot girl for 5 minutes, then say goodbye and not think about her or the interaction again, you are doing it right. Top game isn't disinterest, it is not investing yourself in the interaction.

You are hesitant. Find hobbies that make you feel better about who you are instead of just trying to convince yourself that you should.

Genuinely believing something for bona fide reasons makes for a hell of a better argument then does telling yourself so.

I've got myself to the point where I'm like 5% body fat. I feel like a physical god nowadays. Whereas before, I used to tell myself "I'm in decent shape, I can get girls with this physique." Now, I have absolutely no doubt about it and assume that everybody wants my validation. It's an incredible feeling and drastic change. The authenticity of this feeling and belief make all the difference in the world.
