Hey so I'm a seddit lurker. Never really had to use any of it because I had a girlfriend for a while but we broke up some time ago so I've been trying out new stuff to meet people. One of those things is a choir because I'm a musician. At this choir we have a piano accompanist and she seemed pretty awesome and I really wanted to get to know her. And I'm not just trying to fuck this girl, she seems genuinely awesome.

We had our final concert last night and I finally got over the AA after psyching myself up all day. After the concert I went and talked with her. Did a little kino and I'd say the conversation was good if not a little short. It wasn't spectacular but I did have her laughing. Then the photographer pulled her aside for pictures so I went and helped clean the place up.

Afterwards we all went to a restaurant for some beers & food. I made a little convo with her on they way and once again it was alright. We got to the place and due to the seating arrangements (picnic tables. seriously.) I didn't get to sit beside her. I tried to talk to her a bit from where I was and again had her laughing a couple times but overall it wasn't a good situation due to the noise and amount of other people. I tried to lead the convo when I could but there were so many other people it was tough.

When everyone was leaving I made a little inside joke and said I'd talk to her soon. She got a ride home with a couple that was there and I didn't get her number which definitely feels like a failure. Now this is where I need advice. I know she's on Facebook. Should I add her and try to talk to her? Should I even bother or did I fuck up my chance?

EDIT: Couldn't send a message so I sent a friend request a day ago but no response yet. I think it's time to give up on this one.
