I'm doing the 100 set challenge. I started yesterday and so far I've got 16/100 :) I'm not scared to approach women any more (which is HUGE for me). But there's still a problem. A big problem.

Today I decided to approach women with the intention of blowing out and suffering a rebuff. I started off with a few casual approaches (where's the train station around here? got a lighter for me?). No problem there, I held eye contact and acted very self conscious.

Then I went up to a cute blonde and said "Excuse me..". I wanted to continue with "sorry for approaching you like that, but I think you're really cute.". Instead, I got scared SHITLESS and pulled off the train station question.

This continued for about 2 hours until I lost all motivation and drove home.

Now, don't get me wrong - I already notice HUUUUGEEE improvements in self-confidence and my social/approach anxiety is completely gone. But why can't I go further? What in god's name is going on with me?

Okay, I admit - maybe I didn't pick a good time - 7PM on a Thursday. It was very hard to find same-aged people.

I'll continue tomorrow at 2PM. There should be a lot of same aged girls running around and I plan on doing at least 5 approaches followed by blowouts. What can I do to fight my anxiety?
