So tried to initiate plates, got some and then stopped seeing others and stuck with one who I then elevated to a FWB (mistake I know, I'm new to this).

Problem now is, because I didn't make it a secret that I was sleeping with other women, she is now sleeping with other dudes. This is making me anxious (stupid) so I want to get rid of it. My thoughts are I either make it just about fucking again and/or not contact her at all and get back to myself (monk mode maybe?). Would the latter be stupid seeing as she's still someone I'm fucking?

I know full-well I need to take her off a pedestal and focus on myself, just wondering if cutting her off completely would be stupid. I understand the notion "she's not yours, it's just your turn" but I'm having problems internalising it. Like I know it's cool she fucks other dudes but I'm getting some anxious symtoms because of it.
