With the data you gave us I am going to go with, work on whatever problems you are having that are making you have to go a few weeks without any type of telephone, and then when that is resolved, resume meeting women.

Step 1: Sign up for Google Voice, get memorable or local number
Step 2: Go to walmart get $20 prepaid phone
Step 3: Set GVoice to throwaway. Give out #
Step 4: Switch back to normal cell, set GVoice to normal phone.

If this is some other problem, you should have said you were out of the country or backpacking instead.
