Hey guys! Long time lurker, first time poster. Quick backstory because I think it may be relevant. After my breakup last year, I decided to hit up Insanity, P90x, and currently p90x2. I dropped 30+ lbs and still losing, but I have an incredible body, BUT I do NOT go around gloating about it. That brings me to dating since then. The breakup was harsh, bitter, and made me hate women for a while. FF to a few months ago, I decided to start dating again. I have been hanging out with friends going to various bars, clubs, social networking things. Now, here's my question. I'll be doing my thing (flirting, chatting, dancing, etc) and if I'm talking to a guy who is with a bunch of ladies, the guy drags me to one of them, pulls me by the arm and says, protect her tonight This is not the first time I have heard it, either. I am confused about the meaning of this phrase. Should this be a good thing or a sign of something else? Granted, either way, I'm getting numbers and having dates, but hearing that phrase makes me wonder. Thanks!
