Terrific video and extremely motivating. I thought it was really interesting that he mentioned that some books, shows, and even websites can create a negative mood for us because they may focus on lower thinking or have petty attitudes.

This is a helpful vid.. i'm stuck in a negative thought loop aswell i think. This is so bad, that i sometimes think that woman find me attractive when im depressed and because i had bad times in my life etc.

Time to change that!

I definitely like this, because I see negativity loops as the biggest obstacle to overcome, at least for me, if I ever want to be successful in seduction or anything else.

I haven't paid attention to the nutrition one. Anyone able to shed more light on that?
