Any interest in an AMA by a "natural"? I'm a stereotypical nice guy, socially awkward and nerdy - and I regularly get laid with ladies way out of my league, with only minimal effort.

Hey Hamster, thanks for coming on here, I think it's always good to get other perspectives.

I just felt to clarify, in regards to pickup methods, there's a wide gamut in regards to routines, some are all routines, some are no routines, I think most people fall in between, i.e. using some canned openers, maybe a little mini-routine to get a # close, work horse stuff. Most people here also don't spend money or hours and hours courting a girl.

But pick up nerdiness aside, I'd be interested in hearing your technique! I've had lots of success in my game so far, but I'm always looking to get to the next level so to speak, so I have some questions:

Do you cold approach? I.E. when you see a girl or group you've never met at say, Dairy Queen, do you approach them and talk to them, or are you more social circle based? If so have you ever felt approach anxiety or "What do I say?" syndrome? I've mostly gotten over this personally, but I'm very interested in the people who never felt this in the first place.
You seem able to do this with immense speed, do you have some system for knowing which girls are "down" and which aren't?
Do you pick up girls at night, in the day or both?
What do you do to pull them back to your place?
Do you bother getting their phone #s, and if you do do you ever have problems with girls not responding to your texts or flaking on your dates\day 2s? This seems to be the most common problem on AskSeddit, I have my own ideas on why this happens, but I think I a lot of guys here would like to hear your thoughts on what causes this.
What's your overal "style" of pick up like? Are you just really fun, really honest, really sexual, or a combination of it all?

If you're capable of making your intent to bang known in a way that doesn't give off rapist vibes, you have no right calling yourself socially awkward. I'm also doubting you're anywhere near as unattractive as you suggest, and your lack of offering a picture supports this suspicion of mine.

I like hearing the perspectives of naturals, but the problem is usually they don't know what they're doing exactly that gets girls attracted to them. They're just being themselves and acting, well... naturally.

I'm having trouble finding any value in this AMA.

Memorizing and practicing techniques isn't something I'm interested in. For the same reason, I'm not interested in the seduction game - hours and hours spent courting a lady, and for what?

Your view of the community is a little skewed, and we're a lot different than what you've seen on VH1 all those years ago.

Wut? The way you dress doesn't get you laid. It can help, but you shouldn't dress based on "what gets you laid". Who does that? Dress for the occasion, dress nicely when you should, dress comfortably, and have your own style for fuck's sake. I don't think you get laid based on the length of your hair, although I'm sure it looks fabulous.

Yeah, good advice, but that's why 80% of the guys on seddit are here. They don't know any hot girls who like them because they are socially awkward, and some get very nervous around attractive women. They're trying to break that habit.

That something as silly as DDR gets me laid shows one clear thing - if you're exceptional at something, it's attractive.

I seriously doubt being "good" DDR is what gets you laid. I don't think anybody can be "good" at DDR. You look ridiculous on it, but you're having a great time doing it. You don't care and are just enjoying the moment, and people are attracted to that. Who doesn't like fun people?

It has nothing to do with being exceptional at ANYTHING. It's all about enjoying the moment.

Have you ever backpacked alone from city to city or country to country all by yourself picking up chicks? I don't get why some people think they have the right to call themselves naturals when I've slept with 70 women in 26 countries and I call myself an extreme novice.
