The alcohol thing she just mentioned so you dont think she's a slut. Don't mention it, just let it be. Or if anything just say that you had a bit too much as well. But why are you asking how to respond? You acted like a cool motherfucker to get this far in the gym and the club but are calming up now? Dude she likes you. dalberts choice of words is cool, but you should add something along the lines of: maybe we can do it again, with less alcohol...? ;)

that way she wont do the freeze thing and run away cos shes too wasted to know what she is doing.

Just relax and don't over think it. The problem that I see most people run into is they over think reply texts and in doing this their next text comes across much more "needy" than it should and that is an instant attraction killer.
