I recently reconnected with an old High School girl/love (about 10 years down the road) and we have really been hitting it off. We have spent sometimes anywhere from 1 hour to 10 hours a week on the phone.. We seem to really get a long, understand one another and enjoy each other's conversations. Recently she came out to visit me (she lives in FL and I live in Cali) and we began to really talk/text entirely way too much leading up to her visit. To make matters worse, I completely smothered her while she was here. Everything from pushing PDA to telling her I'd love to marry her one day.. I went over the top, and I'm aware of it..I let my emotions get the best of me... None the less, she had a great time and I really showed her a nice and exciting vacation.
My concern is trying to keep up this attraction for a couple years. We both have accepted the fact that if anything were to happen, it'd be a couple years down the line.. (she enjoys her job and I'm amidst starting a small business)
Do any of Sedditers have suggestions for how to keep seduction over a long period of time. I obviously now understand, (through reading SEDDIT ) that overtexting and over phonetalking can be bad. These rules obviously apply to long distance and long term attraction? Any and all help/advice would be great... I plan to visit FL, where she lives, probably in six months.
