Social proof is a simple concept and you will soon understand it!

Social proof is you displaying value to others. But what is value?

If you're at a bar, you probably don't know most of the people. Thus you have neutral value to them. Your goal is to socially prove yourself aka demonstrate higher value to the crowd.

The KEY to DHV and social proof is remember that when you have nuetral value the smallest things paint giant pictures. Here are a few examples of ways to create social proof and demonstrate higher value.

Having women hanging out with you.
Walking into a venue with a big smile, and looking happy.
Not looking at girls when they pass; other girls will see this and think you're not needy.
Telling an interesting story to a set.
Making a set laugh (but don't be an entertainer, just whitty!)

Basically ANYTHING that makes you seem interesting, fun, and worthwhile. Remember, little things go a long way when you start with neutral value.

I've realized that you don't need social proof. You just need to give anyone you interact with the feeling that you have social proof. You can be totally alone at a bar and exude social proof by demonstrating you don't need their validation to be 100% happy and having a good time.
