So I attended a college barcrawl on Saturday night. Had awesome night talking to chicks, flirting, etc., and the bartender at the bar I was at was pretty much watching me the whole time. Anyway, I had to go up to the bar to close my tab. This is how the conversation went:

Me: "Hey, can I close my tab when you get a chance?"

Her: "Sure...."

Me: "But before you go, I have to ask you something. (somewhat of a pause). I think I would have regretted all night if I didn't at least ask you for your name. :)"

Her: "(Huge smile). Michelle"

me: "(Proceed to pull out my phone). Michelle, show me a magic trick." (Handed her my phone with the number pad showing).

Her: "You're cute, but I can't! I have a boyfriend".

Me: "No, no. Show me a magic trick"

Got the number close...but a girlfriend of mine witnessed the whole thing and thought it would be a good idea to butt in...

Cockblock: "He's a great guy. I'm glad you gave him your number."

Shes kinda gives this weird look, walks away and proceeds to close my tab. Somehow, she ends up closing someone else's tab, giving me someone else's credit card and ID.

me: "So, do you even know my name?"

Her: "of course! (says MY name)"

I show her the id and credit card she gave me and realizes she messed up. Comes back with my credit card.

Her; "Text me as soon as you can so I know it's you."

3 hours later, I text her...

me: "So did you get fired yet for screwing up my tab? lol"

her: "Nope. :)"

me: "ha! Hey, a bunch of friends of mine are having a get together tomorrow at the winery. You gotta come. :)"

No response.....I didn't text again.

If you can't tell already, I'm a newbie at all this and am completely surprised that I even had the courage to ask her for a number.

It's been 2 days. What's my next move?

BTW, looks like my credit card was never charged....so at least I got $80 out of the whole thing. lol
